Credit Card Charges

Orders placed on this website require the use of a valid credit card. When you submit your order electronically, your credit card will immediately be billed the appropriate amount. You will receive an order confirmation to ensure that your order has been placed.

Our company does not retain your credit card information. On subsequent orders, you will be required to resubmit your credit card information. All credit card transactions are completed using Secure Server technology for your protection.

Shipping

All product shipments are made using the most cost-effective, reputable delivery method (i.e., UPS, FedEx, Common Carrier, etc.). Freight costs will vary depending on order size, weight, and delivery address. All orders are F.O.B. Oklahoma City, OK.

Return Policy

Defective products may be returned for credit where the original manufacturer provides such conditions. Products ordered incorrectly may be returned if shipped back within 30 days. There shall be a restocking fee of 15% for items ordered incorrectly.

Any returned items must be in the original packaging and in new, unused condition. Any freight damage to shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All returns must have a Returns Goods Authorization (RGA). To obtain an RGA, please contact us.
